Director of Teams Karla Robinson shares her favorite summer dishes perfect for bringing to a party!
Director of Teams Karla Robinson was on Coast Live on Friday, August 12th! This time it was to share some easy and delicious dishes to bring to summer potlucks or barbecues.
Karla shared her favorite summer fruit salad that had fresh peaches, canary melon, and mint. She said it’s a simple recipe that is easy to prepare, and yet looks delicious and beautiful.
She also made a beautiful hummus tray that had 3 different hummus flavors from the Seasonal Roots menu along with pita chips, fresh yummy yummy peppers, carrots, and cherry tomatoes.
She even brought one of the pre-made options from the Seasonal Roots Menu: Esquite from Salsas Don Sebastian. When put on a bed of lettuce, it makes a showy (and easy) dish to share.
Finally, she provided some tips for pasta salad that included tomatoes, cucumbers, feta, green onions, and tossed with a simple vinaigrette! YUM!
