- Place ham in a baking dish. Pour ¼ c. of water in the bottom of the baking dish and cover tightly with foil. Place in the oven and bake for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes (or until the internal temperature is close to but not yet 145°F).

- Keep frozen, defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Bake in a 350 degree oven until hot (165 degrees) and panko is golden approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Cover with foil if panko browns too much.

- Keep frozen, defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Warm in a 350 degree oven for 25 -35 minutes until hot ( 165 degrees) and golden.
