The first harvest of Broccoli Rabe from Happy Dirt has arrived which means spring is almost here! This cruciferous veggie has 3 parts: the stems, the blossoms, and the leaves. All parts are tasty, but we recommend trimming the bottom of the stems to remove any tough pieces. Give this simple but tasty recipe a try!
- 1 bunch Broccoli Rabe
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Toasted Pine Nuts (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Toss all ingredients together in a bowl until the broccoli rabe is evenly covered.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until the edges are a little crispy.
- Garnish with toasted pine nuts, serve and enjoy!
