- Partially Blind Bake: Preheat oven to 375.
- Line inside of pie-crust with parchment paper and fill with pie weights (dried beans make a great substitute!).
- Bake for 15 minutes or until edges start to brown.
- Remove pie weights and parchment and cook for another 6-8 minutes.
- Remove from oven and set aside while you prepare your filling.
- Pour your filling into the crust. Finish baking in a 350-degree oven until puffed and browned, 30-45 minutes.
- Let rest & cool slightly before slicing and serving, approximately 15 minutes.
