Mountain View Farm
Fred and Christie Huger, owners of Mountain View Farm, believe that sunshine, good soil, and happy cows make for delicious farmstead cheeses. Their beautiful 250-acre dairy farm currently houses around 200 cows (Jersey, Holstein, and cross-bred) which are milked twice daily. Their cows are pasture-raised and rotationally graze their land. They’re diets are supplemented with non-GMO feed for richer, fuller milk.
They utilize their raw milk to craft artisan cheeses that are aged 60 days as well as fresh, pasteurized products.
