Ingredients:
- 3 c. All Purpose Flour
- 1 ¼ c. Boiling water
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Black pepper
- 1 bunch Green Onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix together the water and flour with a fork. Knead the dough into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest for 30 min.
- Evenly divide the dough ball into 16 pieces. Roll each piece into ¼” thick circles.
- Cover each circle with olive oil and add salt, pepper, and 1 tsp of green onions.
- Roll it up cigar style, pinch both ends together to form a donut, and roll into a 1/4″ thick pancake.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil and fry each circle for 2 min each side until golden brown.
- Serve with sour cream and enjoy!
