Take-and-Bake Cinnamon Buns Instructions

With a little prep the night before, you can wake up to freshly baked, warm, and gooey buns in no time. Just follow these simple steps to thaw, rise, and bake your buns to perfection. Here’s how to make the most of your For the Love of Flour cinnamon buns!

Instructions:

  1. The night before you plan to bake, take the pan out of the freezer and place it in the refrigerator to thaw for about 8 hours.
  2. In the morning, remove the pan from the fridge and let the rolls rise at room temperature for 1–2 hours, or until they’ve nearly doubled in size.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  4. Take off the cover and cling film.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the rolls cool for about 5 minutes before spreading on the frosting.
